Transport at least 10% cheaper

Did you know that Freightwatch offers a "guarantee" for the lowest price for groupage pallet transport within Europe? We give companies a one-off discount of at least 10% on a rate published online. No special additional conditions or small print apply, but the rate must of course be verifiable for us on the day of the booking.

The conditions are simple and transparent:

The destination of the transport must be within the EU (no Benelux shipments or islands).
The loading address must be in the Netherlands or Belgium. Our rates for import shipments are also usually 10-30% lower than what is offered online, so take the test without obligation.
Loading and unloading takes place on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at a business address.
The loading and unloading address must be accessible with an international trailer.
Maximum 700 kg per Euro pallet (120*80*220 cm) and per block pallet (120*100* 220 cm) maximum 875 kg. Deviating pallet dimensions (not a Euro or block pallet) are charged based on loading meters or the actual weight and we would also like to see if we can offer a one-off 10% discount for those shipments (up to 400 cm length and 1500 kg per pallet).
Per transport in total maximum 1.5 loading meters, 2500 kg actual weight or 7.5 m3.
Road transport only (no express transport such as UPS, Fedex, TNT).
Only applies to regular commercial goods that may be transported without restrictions or additional requirements via a groupage network (so no transport of alcohol, ADR/LQ shipments, etc.).
This "guarantee" applies up to a maximum published online rate of 250 euros. If the rate is higher, we will do everything we can to apply the one-off discount of 10% in that case as well.

Conditions for sending packages and pallets cheaply

We offer your company cheap and very competitive transport rates to send a package, pallet or express shipment worldwide. The rate depends on the actual weight, dimensions of the pallet, delivery zip code, the desired duration and the total number of package and pallet transports that you will send via us. No rights can therefore be derived in advance from the rates shown on this website. During the transport of your package or pallet, our employees continuously monitor each shipment to prevent a second stop, delays or additional costs.

The rates shown on our website are purely indicative, excluding diesel surcharge, VAT and other surcharges if applicable. Any import duties or costs for documents relating to the sending of your transport shipment are always borne by the importer or exporter of the shipment, depending on the chosen incoterm. An invoice must be provided for every package or pallet shipment sent outside the EU.

Always remember to properly package the shipment to prevent damage. We advise our customers to take out additional all-risk insurance for package and pallet shipments through our transport insurance.
